The 24th Juan Marichal Golf Classic-Jan2010 took place during January 22-24 at Metro Country Club in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. Immediately upon arrival the dramatic change in weather already made us feel we were enjoying our vacation. We very much enjoyed the company and hospitality of Juan Marichal, his family, the management at Metro CC and the warm and friendly participants that made us feel as if we were at home. I would to take this opportunity to thank everyone involve with this great event. As you know this golf tournament is to help people in need. The timing could not be more appropriate when our brothers and sisters in our neighbor country of Haiti are suffering from the terrible earthquake that shocked their homeland and caused great devastation. May God help people like Juan and everyone involved in helping extremely worthy causes. I have attached some of the photos from the event.

El XX1V torneo clásico de golf Juan Marichal tomó lugar durante los días de Enero 22-24, 2010 en Juan Dolio, República Dominicana. Simplemente al llegar y sentir el cambio de clima nos hizo sentir en vacaciones. Juan Marichal, su familia y la administración Metro, más los participantes amigables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para darles las gracias a todas las personas envueltas en esta actividad. Como ustedes saben este torneo es para ayudar a personas necesitadas. El tiempo no podía ser más apropiado cuando nuestros hermanos haitianos están en necesidad de ayuda, después de ser azotado por tal terrible terremoto. Que Dios ayude a personas como Juan y todos los que se envuelven en dicha actividad con fines de ayudar a personas necesitadas. He incluido algunas fotos que tomé durante el evento.
